667: Carenado or Just Flight…Not a Question

There are two versions of Piper PA28R Arrow III on the market for MSFS — one from Carenado and the other from Just Flight.

I released three of the Gauges (ASI, MFP & RPM) for the Carenado Arrow III a month ago. Since then, there were inquires checking if they could be played on the Just Flight Arrow. And responses from users afterwards confirmed that they were running nicely on the Just Flight plane although they look a little differently .

After some searchings, I decided to purchase the Just Flight plane as well so as to develop Gauges for it alongside with the Carenado Arrow.

Although the two planes are called the same PA28R Arrow III, there are more differenes than similarities between them, espcially in the cockpit instrument layout.  After all, they are two different aircraft by two different developers.

Honestly, either one has its pros and cons but the Just Flight version has more features and therefore more fun to fly with.  For example users can choose to run with the traditional radios or the GNS430 or GNS530 on the Just Flight plane. The Carenado one doesn’t have this flexibility.

So, here are the ASI, RPM and MFP converted from the Carenado Arrow for the Just Flight model accordingly, plus the additional HDG which is not found on the Carenado plane.

Any existing users of the Carenado Arrow III Gauges could contact me for a 50% off discount if they are interested in the Just Flight version.
