Roland (DuRo55) is a member of the well-known German flying community FRIESENFLIEGER, which is a large group of enthusiasts flying VFR and GA planes or helis only on VATSIM. He is actually the one who suggested me the development of the newly released A2A PA24-250 Comanche Gauges. Following is his cockpit with the Comanche set.
Builder: Roland (DuRo55)
Location: Bonn, Germany
ICAO: EDDK, Cologne Bonn Airport & EDKB, Bonn-Hangelar Airport

Project Notes:
The planes I fly regularly are the C152/172, all Piper Arrows, Archer and Comanche. Hardware and Software I am using are as follows:
- 2 Saitek Radio Panels,
- 1 Multipanel,
- 2 Throttle Quadrants,
- 1 Honeycomb Alpha,
- 1 Thrustmaster Pendular Rudder Pedals,
- 2 Stream Decks,
- 1 RSG 530,
- 1 Behringer X-Touch Mini,
- 1 selfmade button and potentiometer extension, realized with a Leo Bodnar board and 3D printing, and
- of course 12 FIPs with Tom’s gauges.
I am using 2x 34″ + 1x 27″ monitor for Navigraph, LittleNavMap, VATSIM stuff, etc. All HW is managed by SPAD.neXt.
As I am only flying GA planes, aboves are all I need to control everything.
Although my stuffs aren’t arranged ideally due to lack of desktop space, everything is reachable so far, work perfectly and immersion is good enough.
